A 'Board' is Liveforce's name for a schedule or rota. A Board looks like a calendar and is made up of different 'Jobs'.
You can create as many Boards as you need and each Board is a unique schedule. The most common use of multiple Boards are:
- per Project or Event - great when you want to track the budget of each individual project
- per Client or Venue - when regularly delivering Crew to the same client(s) or venue(s)
- per Account Manager/Project Manager - allowing them to view and manage only their Jobs
