Role Visibility
Admins can control which Roles are visible to Crew on the Job Board in the Crew App. Roles can be set to only be visible to Crew that match the Role Type and all Requirements.
This saves Admin time by ensuring only Crew with that Role Type and all matching Requirements can view and apply to the Role.
In this example, the Admin only wants applicants that have the Role Type Team Lead selected. And have a “Class B Drivers Licence” Requirement.

Admin navigate to the Job Board Visibility section in the Role Details popin.

As soon as Admin sets the first option to YES the other two options appear.

This takes Admin to the Requirements tab.

Add any Requirements needed for this Role.
In this example, Admin sets the Skill called “Class B Driver's Licence” as a Requirement.

The Job is now published.

Crew
Crew that have the Role Type and Skill selected on their Profile will be able to see and apply to this Role from their Job Board.
