Default Admin Permissions and Access


By default Managers cannot access the Payment page or Payment Reports.


Owners can add extra permission like the ability to manage Payment Reports on a per Admin basis.


Approvals page only.

Also by default  Managers and Staff have access to Crew phone numbers and emails on the Workforce page and can export this data..

Admins with Owner permission can limit this access to data on a per Admin basis.

Owners navigate to PLATFORM SETTINGS>APP SETTINGS.

Owners then select the Admin they wish to edit. A popin opens.

Payment Reports

It’s important to note that only Managers can be granted access to Payment Reports. When editing an Admin with Staff permissions the Payment Report option will not be available.

In this scenario, Admin is going to edit Permissions and access for a Manager.

Owners scroll down to the Permissions and access and click in the text box.

A drop down appears.

Owners select what permission and access level they want to give to the Admin, in this case both options, and clicks SAVE.

Payments Access

This Manager now has access to create a Payment Report, see the Reports list, download Payment Reports and Mark as Paid.

Workforce Data Access

They can’t export phone numbers or emails from the Workforce page.


No phone or email data.

However, they can still open individual Crew Profiles and see emails and phone numbers and there are no limitations on the Status page.
