SMS Messaging
When using SMS, Admin will see a warning message that the company will be billed for sending a message via this method.

Crew will receive an SMS and can click on the link in the SMS to view the Job details and apply to the Role.

Promote Roles that are not on the Job Board
A Role can be Promoted even if it is not visible on the Job Board.

This allows agencies to send Promotions to a targeted Crew list first and only put it on the Job Board as a second step if required.
