Workforce ID's are a way to give each member a unique reference in order to quickly identify them.
To navigate to Workforce IDs go to SETTINGS>APP SETTINGS>WORKFORCE IDS

When Crew registers with your agency, they are assigned a unique ID.

You can choose your own format to match your payroll system if necessary. This is especially useful if your company has moved over to Liveforce from another system.
If you would like to customise the numbering to work with your current system then you can add your preferred prefix, sequence starting number and suffix. Click the SAVE button when finished.

Anyone invited into your workforce will be now be allocated the customised ID.

If you change your workforce ID format only new staff will use the new format, previously registered staff will use the original ID. A warning message will alert you to this.
