Skills
As an Admin with Owner permissions you'll have access to the Skills settings.
These settings are used by Admin when creating and staffing Jobs.
To access these Settings navigate to SETTINGS and then select APP SETTINGS.
Under the Workforce header, you will find Skills.
Skills are very useful when specific requirements are needed to staff a Role when creating a Job. For example, a certificate or qualification.
Some Jobs will require certain skills and this section is where Crew would add their skills with validation if need be.
The number and type of skills your company has listed should reflect the needs of your business and the type and nature of the Jobs that you need to staff.
There are two types of Skills. Centralised and customised.
Centralised Skills
Centralised Skills are pre-made and you can turn on or off the ones you would like to use for your company. Skills that are on will be visible to crew in their Crew App.

Customised Skills
If you prefer you can also add your own customised skills. To do this click the ADD CUSTOMISED SKILL button.

Give the Skill a name and then turn on validation if you require Crew to upload proof of that Skill. For example, a driver's license may require a photo of the front and back of the license.
Just remember, when Crew are registering, whatever you've ticked or added here will appear as a Skill in the Crew App.

Skills can be viewed, added or edited in the Crew profiles in the Workforce page or by clicking the Crew name in the Job role.

Active Skills are visible as an option in the Admin App when creating a new Role in a Job.
They are found in Role Details in the requirements tab.
This is where all centralised and customised Skills are listed and added as requirements for Crew working on these Roles if these Skills are needed to fulfil the Roles.

When Admin are looking to add available Crew to this Role, they can instantly see which Crew have the requirements and can book or invite that Crew to the Job.
Requirements are visible to the Crew in the Job in the Crew Job Board.
