The Profiles Page


Crew Profiles

Profiles is a way to manage the data you collect on your Crew. 

To navigate to the Profiles page go to SETTINGS>PROFILES.

You’ll see a list of the different Profiles that you can edit.

Each Profile can have different settings and data. By default, all accounts have two Profiles.

  • One for employed Crew
  • and another for self-employed Crew

In the future you’ll be able to add additional Profiles and rename them.

When you view a Profile you’ll see options to edit Settings and Data for that Profile.

Expenses

The first setting allows Admins to control if Expense claims should be possible.

If this is set to “Hide expenses” then the option to submit an Expense claim will be hidden in the Crew App.

Fees

The next option allows Admins to control if Fee details should be visible in the Crew App. 

If this is set to “Hide fees” then the Fee information, plus the ability to review and submit a Timesheet is disabled in the Crew App.

Make sure you click the SAVE button to implement any changes made.

This is what a Job on the Job Board looks like when Expenses and Fees are hidden. The Fee Breakdown with Salary and Expense details is not visible.

Jobs that Crew are confirmed on do not show any Fee Breakdown information.

And the Timesheet and Expenses tabs are not visible.

Data

To manage the Data that is collected from Crew go to the DATA page.

Crew data is displayed in a table divided into Sections that reflect what the Crew see in the Crew App. Each section can be expanded and various controls are shown in the columns.

The Basic Information section is non-editable. This is the core information Liveforce requires for all Crew accounts.

The sections that have a plus icon to the side indicates data that has been migrated from the old Profile format to the new customisable version.

Within these sections there is more control available for each Data Type and you can add additional Data Types.

Currently, it is possible to control the visibility of each piece of data and if it is a required field. As well as manage which Admin types can edit and view each piece of data.

Sections that have not yet been migrated to the new Profile format do not have a plus icon to the side.

Currently for Sections that have not been migrated, it is only possible to hide the whole Section if it is not required. When a Section is hidden it does not appear in the Crew App or on the Crew Profile pop-in. 

More Sections will be migrated to the new Profile format and more customisation will be available.

Customising a Section

So lets say I wanted to remove the social links in the About You section of a Crews profile.

I come down to the About You section and uncheck these boxes. Then publish the changes.

These fields are now removed from the Crew App and the Crew Profile pop-in.
