Admin Page

Navigate to SETTINGS>APP SETTINGS.

Settings>App settings.

This takes you to the Admins page.

This is where you can invite new Admins, manage existing Admins and view permission levels.

By default this table is set so that you view the ACTIVE Admins only.

ACTIVE status.

You can search for Admins by name, status or type.

As an owner you can change permissions of other Admins.

Invitations

To invite a new Admin we click on the button ‘INVITE NEW ADMIN’.

Enter their email address. It is important to note that this cannot be an email address from your current workforce. You will receive a warning message when you press the ‘SEND INVITE’ button and you will be unable to invite.

Permission Level

Next select the permission level you want to give them from the dropdown. In this case we will give them Owner permissions.

Here is a quick reminder of the permissions available to the various Admin types.

Then press the SEND INVITE button. The new Admin will appear as INVITED in the Admin page.

Email

The new Admin will receive the email invitation and click the COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE button.

Registration

This will take them to a Registration Form where they will fill out their details to register as an Admin.

Once registered they will appear in the list of active Admins and will be able to access the Admin app.

Deleting

Admins can also be deleted from this page Once an Admin is deleted, if you want to re-invite them then you will need to ask support to do this for you.
