A Job Card has two different ways you can interact with it.
Whole Job Card Selection
You can select the whole Job Card by clicking in the header area of that card. The whole Job Card will turn purple when selected this way. You can now EDIT the Job.

Job Card Role Selection
If you click on a specific Role the JOB FULFILLMENT Popin will open. The Role is highlighted to indicate you have it selected. You are now managing the fulfilment of that Role.
