Content Types are bits of text that are visible to Crew when completing their Profile for your agency. They provide instructions or additional information.
Navigate to the Profiles section. Select the Profile you wish to edit and click on the Data tab.
To add a Content Type to a Section click the plus icon and select the Content Type that you want to add. Give it a title then close the pop-in.
Admin adds some text to go with the heading.
Admin publishes the changes and the new content types appear in the Crew app and Crew profiles in the Workforce page.
