Simple Agreements

Admins can add ‘Simple Agreements’ to individual Profile Types.


Navigate to SETTINGS > PROFILES


Choose the PROFILE TYPE that you want to add the agreement to.

Each Profile Type has its own data. Click on the Profile Type, in this case Admin selects Self-employed.

Click on DATA in the menu that appears.


Admin scrolls down to the Section that they want to add the agreement to, then create a new Section called  ‘Company Agreements’ although it is possible to add ‘Simple Agreements’ data fields to any Section.


Make sure the Visible option is ticked to make this Section visible in the Self-employed profile in the Crew app.This should be ticked by default.

To add the Simple agreement data to this Section. Click the plus sign at the end of the row.


Then select ‘Simple agreement’ from the DATA sub-navigation


A pop-in opens where Admin can add an ‘Agreement Name’, description of the agreement or help text and the agreement itself.


There is also a WYSIWYG text editor that Admins can use to edit the text with the various tools available.

Invalidate responses are turned off by default. If Admin wishes to make a small change to the ‘Agreement’ but does not want current Crew, who have previously signed, to have to read and sign the Agreement again, then leave this off. Only new Crew who have not signed the agreement will have to sign.


When the invalidate responses are turned on, then all Crew including current Crew that have signed previously will be forced to sign the agreement.


You can add multiple agreements. In this case, the Company also has a handbook that they want self-employed Crew to sign.

Admin, when finished will click the PUBLISH CHANGES button to make the agreements visible to Crew and Admin..


The Company Agreements section will appear in  the Crews profile page in their app in the list order of the sections in the Admins Profile data page.

After publishing, the agreements can be seen in the Workforce page and the Crew app.
