Changing Role fee

Once a job has been created and published fees can be edited in a couple of different ways.

  1. Change role fee for ALL crew
  2. Change role fee for a specific crew only

Change role fee for ALL crew

If you want to edit the fee for all crew on a role follow these steps:

1. Boards > select job

2. Edit job

Once you have selected the job it will highlight in blue. Select the EDIT button in the toolbar (pencil icon) and the job edit panel will open.

3. General details > Select role to edit

A second panel will open displaying the role details.

4. Edit the fee(s) you require

When you're finished editing click the DONE button or click back into the calendar.

5. Confirm your change

You now have the option to:

  1. Click CONFIRM and apply the changes to all crew that have already been booked, invited or have applied, or
  2. Click SKIP and only apply the changes to any new crew booked after the amendment has been made (existing confirmed crew won't be changed).

6. Publish changes

When you're ready click the PUBLISH button to save the changes you've made.

Change role fee for a specific crew only

If you just want to edit the fee for a particular crew member follow these steps.

1. Click the role you want to edit

2. Select 'more options' button > Edit fee link

3. Edit the fee(s) you require

4. Click CONFIRM button

A 'Fee' label will be applied next to the crew's name with the edited fee.

5. Publish changes

When you're ready click the PUBLISH button to save the changes you've made.

When a crew member has their fee edited and it is different from the original fee, a 'fee' label will be applied next to the crew's name.
