1. Hover over the main menu icon
2. Hover over Workforce and then select Recruiting from the sub-menu
3. To send an email invite just type in their email address
4. Click the Send Invite button
5. A confirmation message appears and that Crew will now be sent an email with a link to create their account
6. If you'd prefer Crew to apply to you company then click the Application webpage link
7. Click Copy URL button. You can add this link to your website to encourage Crew to register for your Workforce.
8. To view Applicants click on the My workforce link
9. And then click the Applicants filter shortcut
10. You'll now be able to review who has applied to join your Workforce.
11. Click on an applicant to view their Profile
12. Click on the Company Application tab
13. Add your email address and a message
14. Click the Approve button to accept their application
15. A confirmation message appears and the email is sent to that Crew.
16. Click Everyone link to view your entire Workforce
17. That Crew now has an Active status. This means they can be booked on Roles or apply from your Job Board.
